| A FAMOUS VILLAGE CHEF IN CAMBODIA IS PRAYING FOR THE MONSOONS TO END SO HE CAN BEGIN FRYING, GRILLING AND CURRYING RATS TO SATISFY THE HUNDREDS OF CAMBODIAN VILLAGERS ANTICIPATING HIS FEASTS. THE CHEF SPECIALIZES IN THE RAT KINGDOM, AT FIRST HE JUST COOKED THEM FOR HIS FAMILY TO EAT, BUT GUESTS WHO TRIED THEM SAID THEY WERE TASTY, SO HE STARTED SELLING A FEW FRIED RATS TO THE VILLAGERS. BUSINESS BOOMED SO HE DEVOTED HIS MENU TO THEM. SOON, HE WILL BE SERVING THE SMALL RICE-FIELD RATS, IN SPICY CURRIES, STIR-FRIES, OR SIMPLY GRILLED TO A CRISP. THEY EAT RAT MEAT LIKE YOU WOULD CHICKEN OR BEEF. Any one for the take? Yammy!! |
