If I can see it in London - I generally go to the top of our block (9 floors) and watch storms from there. Its pretty cool to see them.
My younger sister went to uni in Plymouth a few years ago. |

I think that probably goes for anywhere if you have lived there long enough. I sure even the coolest most interesting place you can think of, gets boring after you have lived there...
