It tries a tough task of bring the hip-hop back into black culture. He teams up with 2007's biggest rap earner Akon to produce 'wats luv' which is a sample from yes tina turners 'whats love gotta do with it'. The whole album is reggae incorparated, the funky beats i love it an Shaggy's sexual voice over tracks blends into a sweet sauce. watch out now its hot.
