Good to see the Foo Fighters getting some awards although Arcade Fire should have got something.
I don't think you can take the Brits too seriously though, it's a bit of a pantomime and the awards just seem to go to whatever's popular/hyped at the time. Take That as best live act. You're joking! Mark Ronson as best solo act? Well, apart from the fact that he can't sing, makes a living ripping off other bands songs and isn't British he's not bad! |
