For me it had to be Nightrider or the A-Team. I am sure everyone here remembers something.

It was building tanks from random scrap that did it for me.
I think it was the A-team that influenced my desire to build stuff like that. ScrapHead challenge kind of takes that concept and puts it into a game show.. And they did make tanks.. |

Once I have a good team - I want to go on.. Failing that I am trying to build OrionRobots to the stage where I can host my own similar competition...

While I liked watching robot wars, I would rather participate in Techno Games. Not that I would object to getting a team on either. Again - I want to stage my own similar events once I have the audience for it.

Cool. Well I will make sure I post something here when I have arranged one!
At the moment as it is - I have an under 16s robot course running in East Finchley every saturday. It includes robot building challenges and workshops. Over 16s are welcome, just be warned that most attendees are youngsters, and the content may be a little immature.
More details of that (including contact details) are on my site at http://orionrobots.co.uk/faq

Kind of Nightrider on Two-Wheels - a motorbike thing. Although it was never as cool as KITT.
