The most famous stunt man of all time Evel Knievel has died at the age of 69.
Real name Robert Craig Knievel did daredevil stunts like jump the Snake River Canyon at Twin Falls, Idaho.
I can remember watching him on the TV doing his stunts, seeing him jump cars and lorries and wondering if he would fall off his bike or complete his stunt.
he is said to have had ill health, suffering from diabetes and pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable condition that scarred his lungs.
His legacy will live on as his son is taking on the tradition. |
