1) AMERICAN IDIOT - GREEN DAY - Brilliant I am so happy about this! They so deserve to have a number 1 album they have not been around for a while and to come back with an album like this is pretty damn good! Nice one Green Day!! :D
2) OUT OF NOTHING - EMBRACE - Yeah I like Embrace they have been around for a while this is their forth album and some say the best by far.
3) SONGS ABOUT JANE - MAROON 5 - I really like Maroon 5, they are a new cool sound and have some really catchy songs! All the singles they have released from the album I have really liked. I have high hopes for these guys.
4) ROOM SERVICE - BRYAN ADAMS - Well Bryan Adams huh! I am surprised! I thought he sank long ago with the likes of Chesney Hawks but obviously not! I havent heard this album yet so cant really cast a honest opinion!
5) UNWRITTEN - NATASHA BEDINGFIELD - As I said in the Singles reviews I did I am not a ti bigger fan of Natasha but some of her songs are catchy and I can see how the younger generation will be her major fan base, but good on her for getting to number 5!
6) HOPES AND FEARS - KEANE - Some of you mayhave read my Kean album review...and as you would be able to tell I really like this band as as far as i know the album has been in the charts for a few weeks and are still doing really well!
7) STUDIO 150 - PAUL WELLER - Paul Weller now there is a blast from the past! I cant believe he is still going but he is and he is at Number 7. I am a big fan of Paul but have yet to hear this album so i will make it a priority now!
8) WELCOME TO THE NORTH - MUSIC - There is alot of hype about this band at the moment, they were once dubbed the best Unsigned band in the Uk. I have yet to hear them....sounds as if I should though!
9) UP ALL NIGHT - RAZORLIGHT - I saw this band on the Reading Festival highlights and I really like them, I hear them now and then on the radio and I really do like what I hear! I think I will be adding this album to my 'to buy' list.
10) SOLARIZED - IAN BROWN - Ian Brown is another blast from the past in this weeks album chart they are all coming out the wood work now aint they! I was never to much of a fan of Ian but I will have to check him out to see if his style has changed at all! |
