UKE What style is your music?
D Electro/ Rock /Indie /Comedy =(ERIC)
UKE What is the name of your band?
D The Duloks
UKE Why have you chosen this name?
D Mar (our drummer) started a band called “The Ewoks” in Canada. The Ewoks was a cartoon back in the 80`s. The Ewoks` evil cousins were The Duloks. So when Mar came to the U.K and started a band, it was natural that they should be called the Duloks.
UKE Where are you from originally?
D I`m British, so is Mira, Mar`s Canadian.
UKE Have you always had a passion for music?
D Yes
UKE At what age did you decide to go in to the music industry?
D 17
UKE What are your favourite bands?
D Radiohead, Muse, Goodbooks, Plan B.
UKE Where did your last gig take place?
D The Old Blue Last in Shoreditch.
UKE Have you got any single/singles out?
D Yes, we have one on vinyl called “Star Trail”.
UKE How do you think it’s going right now?
D Pretty Well!
UKE Would you give up singing for 10,000000 pounds?
D Yeah, I play instruments too.
UKE Are you working with anyone else at the moment?
D Not at the moment.
UKE Have you been followed by fans before?
D Not followed, but many keep coming to our gigs.
UKE Do you write your own lyrics?
D Yes, Mira Dulok does.
UKE If you were on a world tour which country would you visit first?
D I think we could crack Japan!
UKE How do you get yourself in to the singing mood?
D Have a bath or shower, where no one can hear me.
UKE What other hobbies do you have?
D Reading!
UKE What do you think is the real competition for you in the music industry at the moment?
D Other Indie bands on the scene with fun gimmicks.
UKE Who would you like to do a duet with?
D Tom Jones
UKE Whose life would you like to live for a day?
D Shirley Bassey`s.
