Hey Debs, figured you're the best person to ask about this as you're into your fitness stuff!
I'm thinking of buying an exercise bike from Argos (just a cheap mini portable one as I'm short on money and space!) and was just wondering what exercise bikes actually do? Do they tone the whole of the leg or just the calf? I wanna focus more on toning my thighs up so wanna know before I buy!
Thanks in advance hun xx |

Hi Leanne,
I have found some things you may be interested in.
a stepper will work your legs more than the exercise bike
and take up less room.
I have found...
Twist and shape stepper works all areas.
V-fit Twister Stepper with Bungee Cords.
This one I like has more info... All New Twist & Shape Multi directional stepper with FREE SIX SECOND ABS
I hope this has been some help.
The bikes The best thing to do is buy a bike and cycle out side, you get more of a workout, where you can stand and peddle up hills. |

I have no idea how to work a stepper! lol
I was gonna join the gym with my mate but it's just too expensive. There's a Shokk gym for young people at my local leisure center - it only goes up to 16 years though and as I'm almost 17 it'd be a waste of money! And the adult gym's too expensive til I start getting my EMA.
Might do as you said and buy a bike. But again it's money that's the problem! I did have a bike til about a year ago when my mum decided to sell it
Thanks for the info though! I definitely wanna do something to get into shape - if only I had the money though! lol |
