Dont Drink? :wink:
Ok, seriously, drink lots and lots of water .. booze dehydrates you and it is the dehydration that gives you the hangover. Just be carefull not to drink too much water at once though because it can upset the balance of salts and minerals in your body.
Have you taken a pain killer? |

I go to a lot of parties and various functions to do with my work and I sometimes cant avoid drinking, but I swear by lining my tum by eating a few smoked mackerel fillets before I start. Also having a few sips of water between each drink does prevent it. It is also important to eat so that you soak up the alcohol.

| You numpty! I didnt eat any...you knows those banana boats that you sit on and a boat pulls you along the sea!....But i didnt go on it in the end anyway! I went Scuba ivinig instead it was imense! i have photos i am going to post when I get them on cd!! |

| Most of them are really weird like we took pictures of the pictures that were on the wall in our room but they are so cool! I also took a real close up of the eyes on the front of the IT book! It is well scary! We had over 400 photos to use up! We took about 300! |

| wow thats like me at reading! I had three cameras each with 37 films on it and I took a picture of clouds that looked like little rasta men playing guitars but they didnt come out!! :x |
