|
|
So come on then lets here them...
Heres my contribution, I have been 'dieting' for the last 5 days and I have managed to loose 2lbs!! Which is pretty damn good, I have done this buy pretty much cutting out Carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice etc) and excersing nearly everyday.
I am so chuffed, I couldnt wait till Thursday to weigh myself, so i did it on the sly last night!
So lets here any tips or advice anyone has got. |

| Exercise is always a good one too.. I mean you don't have to get a year's membership to Fitness First.. but maybe walking instead of taking the bus or driving (how many of you drive to the paper shop !!) or just doing a few sit ups every evening. |

I totally agree with you there...
For the last week I've been trying to get exercise cos I really want to get fit. Problem is I've got no money to go to the gym or anything so i've been going cycling and using my mums step machine. Been cycling 3 times and used the step machine 3 times for half an hour each time. I haven't changed my diet much, just trying to be sensible with what I eat. I've lost half a stone and i'm feeling a lot better for it already! (plus my legs are now getting used to it and dont ache anymore!!) |
