Storyline: If the Seahawks can exact revenge against the 49ers for a 20-14 loss in San Francisco last month, Seattle will clinch its third straight NFC West title. The Seahawks are still bedeviled by injuries, with top WR Darrell Jackson (toe) out for this game and LG Floyd Womack (groin) doubtful. But they should have the services of WR Bobby Engram (thyroid) for the first time since Week 4. The 49ers have lost three straight, but RB Frank Gore is still running all over opponents. He rushed for a team-record 212 yards in the first meeting against Seattle, which is the last time the 49ers won.
Best Bet: The Seahawks have won six of the last seven against the 49ers, including three straight at home. Seattle, 27-17.
