I know im totally gonna regret posting this with a potential 400 members being able to nag at me, but, I wanna stop smoking.
Over the next few months I need to plan when and how i'm going to stop but i'm gonna need a lot of support.
any ex-smokers out there with any tips?

You have my sympathy ... giving up smoking is darn hard. It is not only a matter of the nicotine addiction, but also physical habit. I have sent you a pm. There is lots of advice there.
