i need some help deciding whether to take a oub on!!
would you go for a family-type pub with beer garden, parking, pool, darts, etc, you know the sort i mean; or would you go for a town centre pub with a 2am licence, with the possiblity of turning it into a "specialised" themed pub (not a townie pub) |

Definitely second choice - Theme - can be anything you want - bring out the individual creativity.

| I would actuallt go for the 1st theme cos I like little cosy pubs but make sure kiddies are out by a certain time and Make it open til about mmm 1.30 thast would be an ideal pub! :D |

| That would be cool, if they were able but it is the law to have last orders at 11.....shame....damn shame!! |

| If I had my 18th at the bridge they would have extended the liscense til 12! but I didnt so shame |

I would go for them both, as you can use a theme for a family pub as well.
Thats what we would love to do as well. |
