I hired this film out last night, I had not heard of it before, and fancied watching something a little less mainstream, and I was very much pleased that did!

Directed By Ridley Scott and a cast of Nicolas Cage, Sam Rockwell and Alison Lohman the story line goes like this Roy Waller played by Nicolas Cage is a slightly different sort of con artist. He is an obsessive-compulsive agoraphobe whose habits include opening and closing a door three times before walking through it; keeping a house so clean it reeks of disinfectant; and displaying so many physical ticks, it's hard for him to carry on a normal conversation.

But when his pink pills run out, he becomes a nervous mess, prone to facial tics and outbursts. This is where Dr. Klein played by Bruce Altman, a psychiatrist comes in who believes there's more to solving Roy's problems than medicating him. Soon Dr. Klein has put Roy in touch with a 14-year old daughter, Angela played by Alison Lohman, he never knew he had. And, just as Roy is beginning to form a bond with his teenage daughter, Frank approaches Roy about pulling off a big con on an easy mark. For the first time in his life, Roy sees a possible conflict between his personal life and his professional one, and his means of bridging it is to bring Angela in on the scam. She becomes his partner, and loves every minute of it.

I am not going to give away anymore as the ending was nothing how I expected it to be and really made the film for me! I suggest you hire it out and check it out for yourself.
