One for the ladies ..HANDBAGS ..what do u carry in them

Hi girls, does your handbag give you back ache from all the stuff you carry around?

I beleive in being prepared for every possible eventuality and YES I have a HUGE handbag.

comb, travel toothbrush&toothpaste makeup, moisturiser, deoderant, perfume, rescue remedy, wet wipes, tissues, little bar of soap, sewing kit, safety pin, superglue, nail polish in the colour i am wearing in case it needs touching up, nail varnish remover, nail glue in case my nail breaks. anti nausea pills, head ache, heartburn pills. spare pair of tights (if i am wearing them), plasters various shapes and sizes, sunglasses, gloves, umbrella, purse, keys, sachtes of salad cream,tarte sauce ,ketchup, sugar canderel, coffee, tea bags, salt, pepper, little blocks of butter, little thingies of jam, plastic knife, fork, spoon. swiss knife. ciggs, lighter, pen, paper, mini torch. . chewing gum, sweeties and whatever else I have forgotten. oh, mobile phone. paper, pens, drinking straws :lol:

But I have helped many people in a crisis. Like ..... being somewhere with a bottle of wine and they havent had a cork skrew :lol: :lol:

u just made me look in mine now!!! i found all sorts :oops:

Diarygum, purse, mints, 2 combs, lip gloss, pencil, mobile phone, pager, a million reciepts, old events tickets, glasses, eye drops (dunno y they r there lol), 2 sets of keys, inhaler, stereo for my car, envelope, prize draw tickets, tissues37 pence in copper at the bottom and 16 pens!!!!!

think its time for a clear out!!!! oops

isnt it amazing how stuff seems to land up in the handbag? i have even found clothes pegs in there. :roll:

thats great!!! your deffo a handy person to have around in times of need!! i broke a nail, anyone got a nail file?!?!?!

i just pulled out a can of tuna! my gran must have slipped that 1 in on a visit earlier............awwwwwwwwww bless her, i think she loves me :D

Well now, I always thought my handbag was a clutter free zone. Boy was I wrong!

Had a need to change bags this morning and this is the list:-

keys, mobile, purse, safety pin x3, brush, purse, envelopes, stamps, manicure set, nailpolish, lippie, eyeshadow, 1 euro coin, bookie docket, sellotape (small), pen, pencil, extra mint papers, breath freshener, comb, dairy (last year's), sweetners x 2 packs, contact lenses and case, piece of string, tweezers, small torch, paperclip (don't ask), old bus tickets, a gooey sweet that has been there too long, perfume (never without it), a plant cutting (since withered) and would you believe it ... a tiny tupperware container that holds salt in one side and pepper in other with a flip top :oops:

I think we get worse as we get older because being a Mum/Nan you have to think of everything
