Norwich midfielder Simon Charlton has launched a stinging attack on Jody Morris following an X-rated tackle by the Millwall player on Saturday.
Charlton was left in a heap after what appeared to be a two-footed lunge during the 1-1 draw at Carrow Road.
Morris escaped with only a booking, but Charlton insists the challenge warranted a straight red card.
"Luckily my knee was pointing in the direction he was coming from," Charlton told the club's official website. "Because if my foot had been planted it would have broken my leg in three places.
"I was disgusted with it. I thought it was a straight red." |
