Simone Elizabeth wow what a voice this girl has.
I hope simone makes it to the top of the charts one day in the near future.

1) WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
Well, my parents are originally from Trinidad and Tobago, but i've lived in NW London all my life, not quite as exotic!!
2) HOW OLD WHERE YOU WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED SINGING?
I started at about 3 or 4 when my mum used to make me sing along with Hymns at church and would tell me if i was out of tune!
3) HOW HARD ARE YOU FINDING THE MUSIC INDUSTRY?
I have a theory that anything that comes to you too easily is worthless in the first place. It has been really hard and still is, there are mornings when you just wanna go " Forget This! " but you have to realise that when you decide to do this it is for the long haul. I don't think you're a real musician until you have had a real struggle. Think about Missy or Mary J. So yeah it's hard but the rewards are SO big!
4) WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME IF YOU HAVE ANY?
I spend any time i have alone practising ad-libs, choruses anything to keep my voice 'elastic' . I know it sounds boring probably but the background that i come from, i'm used to practising up to 6 hours a day! People keep telling me to get another hobby, but everything about music excites me and hearing improvements in my voice after i've pracised is reason enough for me!
5) ARE YOU WORKING AT THE MOMENT ON AN ALBUM OR SINGLE?
I'm currently working on my album. I've spent the last 5 years working on my sound and deciding exactly what direction I want to go in! I've been through every genre of music from classical to pop in terms of my writing and settling on one specific style meant that I had to get there through trial and error! Pretty soon I think I'm gonna have an album I can be proud of!
6) WHO IN THE INDUSTRY INFLUENCED YOU WHEN YOU WERE GROWING UP?
Mariah and Whitney. Two of the greatest voices I have ever heard. Pure control.
7) WHAT ARE YOUR DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE?
To be able to keep doing music for the rest of my life is all I want. Just to keep singing, that would be cool!
8) WHO WOULD YOU LIKE TO DUET WITH?
In terms of female artists I would love to work with Mariah or Christina Aguilera. But my all time female collaboration would have to be with Missy Elliot! Male artists would have to include John Legend or Lemar who I think is an underrated talent in London at the moment. But in all honesty collaborating with any one in the industry is interesting to me because you can always produce something different together!
