Well this should be good news for Britons: -
"Paula Radcliffe realises her dream of winning a world title when she wins the women's marathon in Helsinki." This ladies and gentlemen is at the expense of my country lady Catherine Ndereba who took a silver after coming in 2nd while Romania's Constantina Dita gets home with a bronze!

Personally this has been a very big dissappointment for me and my country Kenya. Back home here we really dont know wat to tell our lasses and lads wen they come home "without a medal" gold. WE WERE THE CHAMPS BUT THIS HAS GONE THE ETHIOPIAN WAY. I feel sad but there is little i can do. ONLY PRAY!

BUT TO THE WINNERS, A BIG CONGRATS, LOOSER LIKE US THE DRAWING BOARD SEEMS TO BE THE OPTION; :smt069 GOSSH! HOW I HATE THE BOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Totally aggree!!

Oh and finally we get a Gold from one Benjamin Limo in the 5,000 metre race! :smt005 at least we can shade tears with that! ouch!

And funny enough, the guy (Limo) who wins the medal apparently his wife back home here had given birth to a baby boy! Wat does the guy do? he names him Limo Helsinki! [smilie=to funny.gif] [smilie=to funny.gif]
