the tendon was trapped,so they shaved
some o' the bone off to make more room,cos ev'ry time
i moved my arm it hurt like hell. |

not yet only had op in july,am still
havin physio,can't hardly do anythin for myself,only good thing
is it's got me outta doin ironin,my mum comes round an does it for me. |
