The communication should start with u
See the need of the meeting and arange for one.... talk to you supervisor and see wat he/she comes up with.. that is wta i did maself |

You should have a monthly meeting to keep you abreast of any changes and a forum to sort issues that arise over the month. Its up to you to ensure that this takes place. If it is not possible then you could discuss and sort issues in your monthly supervision. I am surprise that you do not have regular meetings. Its not the norm

its not a very organised company ..
bur true .. when my boss come back from his hols we can sort one ... but us instructors communicate with each other .. |
