when doing stir fry vegetables cook in water not oil ...
and add the olive oil after .....
so yo dont get the acid from the oil ... |

Hello Macs and Debbydo, I am back from the Retreat Weekend, shattered but feeling good because everyone who wanted therapies receive same - this year I had two helpers - brilliant. Regarding Recipies yes please xx
