It was to be the eldest of the sisters to become the Ladies Wimbledon champion. Venus beat her younger sister 7-5 6-4 winning her 5th wimbledon singles crown. Venus not only got the ladies Wimbledon crown but also delivered a new Wimbledon speed record, blasting down a serve of 129mph. We will now have to wait for another year to see it the british can produce a tennis pro like these two girls.
