I have loved this film since I can remember!! It truly is a classic!!
Its an emotional story that gets the tears going all the time!
The story is about friendship, the friendship ET (the alien) and Elliot have when ET gets stuck on earth hiding from alien hunters.
Elliot trys to teach ET the way he lives and even the english language and ET trys to tell Elliot what he wants.
I like the bit where ET gets drunk while Elliot is at school and elliot then feels it and goes a bit loopy in school and frees all the frogs etc!
Sadly ET gets ill when Elliot and ET go to the woods to get in contact with ET's family.
Im not going to say anymore JUST WATCH IT!!
I love the bit when Et and Elliot are on the bike and Et makes them fly!!! And I used to be scared of those Alien hunters that gate crashed Elliots house and they were dressed up as spaceman that bit used to freak me out big time as I thought they were bad aliens!!

Hehe, yeah :D
Though there was a fuss at the time that Drew was drinking alcohol :o I dunno if she was drinking that early, but certainly by her teens I understand she was a bit of an alcoholic. Nice to see she's come out the other side OK. :) |
